Olivier Combe is a French notary (“diplomé notaire”). In practice since 2007, he is currently on sabbatical from K.L. Associes Notary Office in Paris, where he heads the Estate Planning Department. Olivier joined the Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices, LLP in 2014 (Olivier is not a member of the California State Bar). Fluent in French, English and Spanish, Olivier bolsters the firm’s expertise in private international law. Olivier received his law degree (with honors) from the University of Caen, a Master’s degree in Professional Inheritance Law (with honors) from the University of Paris Dauphine, a Master’s degree in Notary Law and one in Private Law (with honors) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas; and a Master’s degree in Comparative Private Law (with honors) during a one year exchange program with the University of Granada (Spain). Olivier joined Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices, LLP in 2014 (he is not a member of the California State Bar). Trilingual in French, Spanish, and English, Olivier bolsters the firm’s deep expertise in private international law. His experience extends to cross-border family law and French estate planning issues (marriage, divorce, probate, gifts and donations, inheritance, and strategies for wealth optimization), real estate transactions (taxation, mortgages, sale and purchase agreements), and French corporate and tax laws.
